Lou Perron
Owner and Broker-in-Charge, she has been a NC licensed real estate broker since 1997. She is an active member of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors®, serving as its President in 2007. She currently serves on the Property Management, Grievance, and Professional Standards committees. She is also active with the North Carolina Association of Realtors®, having served on the Board of Directors, as Vice President of NC Service Corporation, and as a member of the Property Management Division. She was the 2008 Realtor® of the Year for the Durham Regional Association of Realtors®.
For fun, Leslie is an amateur archaeologist who jumps at any opportunity to dig in the dirt.

Broker, she been a NC licensed real estate broker since 1983. She began her career at Weaver Street Realty in Carrboro and later helped found and own Franklin Street Realty in Chapel Hill. She has years of experience developing and selling land and helping clients buy and sell homes in Orange, Durham, Chatham and Alamance counties.
She often comes to a showing dressed for tennis (so do her clients/friends) and always has proper shoes for walking land, carries dog treats and is great with kids.

Broker, he has been a NC licensed real estate broker since 2004. He has lived in Durham for three decades. He loves buildings and design and has a background in architecture and construction. Not surprisingly, Lou is a great resource in evaluating inspections reports and helping clients envision possibilities in homes.
During the pandemic, Lou took up gardening, even though he wasn’t born with a green thumb.
